Do I need Pro to use the app?
No. You can start with the free version and use the core tempo-guided workout flow before deciding whether Pro is worth it for your training.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks Unlimited Exercises, Unlimited Plans, Unlimited Cycles, Full Workout History, Custom Sounds, Custom Haptics, and iCloud Sync.
What makes it different from regular workout log apps?
Most workout log apps focus on recording the set after it happens. StrengthTempo is built to guide the rep while you are training, especially if you care about tempo, pauses, and cleaner execution.
Does it support sound and haptic cues?
Yes. StrengthTempo includes sound and haptic guidance, and Pro lets you customize both so they fit your training environment better.
Does it sync across devices?
Yes. Pro includes iCloud Sync, which helps keep your data consistent across devices signed in with the same Apple account.
What does Lifetime mean?
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for Pro access. It is for people who prefer a permanent unlock instead of an ongoing subscription.
Is my data stored in iCloud?
If you use iCloud Sync, your synced data is stored through iCloud in your own Apple account. If sync is off, your data stays on your device.
Can I still use it offline?
Yes. The core workout experience is designed to be usable offline, so you can train without depending on a live connection.
