Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using StrengthTempo (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

StrengthTempo is a training support app designed to help users manage workout tempo, workout structure, and training records. Depending on the version and features available, the App may allow you to:

- Create and manage custom exercises, workout templates, and workout plans

- Configure tempo, sets, reps, and rest intervals

- Record workout history and review previous sessions

- Sync relevant app data across your devices through iCloud, if you enable that feature

- Access subscription-based features when available

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store:

- Payment will be charged through your Apple account

- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules

- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings

- You may be able to restore eligible purchases through the App

- Pricing, billing terms, taxes, and currency are determined by Apple and may vary by region

By default, your workout data and app settings are stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud syncing, relevant data may be synchronized to your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud / CloudKit services so that your data can remain consistent across your devices signed in with the same Apple account.

At this time, we do not provide our own separately operated cloud hosting service for your workout content.

You are responsible for using the App in a safe and appropriate manner based on your own physical condition and training experience.

You should consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions.

If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any physical problem during exercise, you should stop immediately and seek appropriate professional advice.

The App is provided as a workout support tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation guidance, or professional coaching.

Use of the App and participation in any exercise activity involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or your participation in fitness activities.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Certain features may depend on third-party services or platforms, including Apple's App Store, iCloud, and CloudKit, as well as subscription infrastructure used to manage entitlements and purchase restoration. We are not responsible for failures, delays, interruptions, or limitations caused by those third-party services, network conditions, device issues, or platform changes.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content provided by the developer, remain the property of the developer or relevant licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the workout content and related data you create in the App. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time based on product changes, legal requirements, or service adjustments. The updated version will be made available in the App or on the relevant page, and your continued use of the App after such update means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's principal place of residence or business, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
